For those aspiring to be doctors and engineers in India, doing well in competitive exams is crucial. Those who do not have sufficient resources to prepare for these exams find themselves at a major disadvantage.
The Hymn Trust started this initiative for the less fortunate yet deserving children studying in government schools. This trust has a special coaching for meritorious students, and is paying for it as well. Out of the children attending these classes, some have performed excellently in their CG Board exams for the 12th grade. Few children have scored above 90 percent, and twenty have scored above 80 percent in their exams. We provide crash course to students who are going for JEE mains and NEET exam. These students were also guided in filling entrance test forms for JEE mains and NEET. Then, an expert coaching institute conducted a screening test for 93 students in a government model higher secondary school. Along with financial aid for coaching, HYMN Trust pays for the required study material as well. The trust aims to ensure that the lack of money will never be a hindrance to the students’ education.
